A collaborative design project with Paul R. Sullivan Jr AIA LLC with the construction portion handled in a design+build manner in collaboration with MJM Remodeling. The Bosch Residence was an extensive renovation to an existing residence. The exterior remains much as is was with an updated roof, paint scheme and amenities. The interior renovations and design include a complete remodel of the existing kitchen, the addition of a half bath in the space beneath the existing main stair, updating the living room fireplace backdrop and mantle, updated plaster work throughout, a completely remodeled 2nd floor bathroom and the conversion of the existing third floor attic into a master suite complete with cathedral ceilings, skylights, open closet area, and a master bathroom with an over-sized, granite tiled shower.
